Pharmaceutical wholesale

Sanicura Medical trades in human medicinal products on the basis of an officially issued wholesale authorisation under §52a AMG. Our entire distribution process follows the EU Guidelines on Good Distribution Practice (GDP, 2013/C 343/01).

What we ensure

• Qualified sources: Procurement exclusively from suppliers holding a valid manufacturing (§13 AMG) or wholesale authorisation (§52a AMG), verified via the EudraGMDP database.
• Authorised recipients: Delivery only to parties authorised to purchase under §47 AMG — pharmacies, hospitals, other licensed wholesalers and manufacturers.
• Authentication: Verification of safety features of prescription medicines via securPharm (FMD, Regulation EU 2016/161).
• Full traceability: Batch, expiry date, supplier and recipient per transaction, retained for at least five years (§67 AMG).
